How do I book my physiotherapy appointment online?

We have recently updated our online booking system.  We are now using a practice management system called Nookal, which uses it’s own booking system.

The system uses a few really simple steps:

1. Select the service you require, e.g. Male Pelvic Health, Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy and Women’s Health
2. Select which practitioner you prefer – you can find out a little more about each of them in the ‘show information’ section.
3. Make the choice of which day you would like – those days with availability have blue dots under them.
4. You can then choose which time you want.
5. At this point you will then be asked to enter your details, or enter a booking code if you have used the system before.
6. Finally you will be asked to make the payment for your appointment.

If you are using a private medical insurance company (Bupa, AXA PPP, WPA, Cigna, Aviva) to fund your treatment you will not be able to use this system as it requires payment in advance.  If this is the case then you can either call us (02392 215 050), email us (questions@thephysiocentre.co.uk) or pop in.

It’s that simple!
