Do you provide me with a receipt so I can claim my treatment costs back?

We certainly can provide you with a full invoice/receipt for you to claim back the costs of your treatment. The receipt will include:

Treatment description
Cost of treatment
Date of treatment
Practitioner’s name and membership number of the HCPC (this is not applicable to our Sports Therapists)
The full amount that you have paid, and the way you paid
