Can I use my medical insurance to pay for my treatment?

We work directly with many of the main private medical insurers, so we are able to bill them direct for your treatment.

We work with Bupa, Axa PPP, Cigna, WPA and Aviva. If you are insured by another company (such as Vitality or Benenden) we can provide you with a full invoice/receipt for you to claim back direct from your insurance company for the fees you pay.

To book an appointment where one of these companies are funding your treatment you must obtain a preauthorisation number before booking your appointment. You will need to provide this, and your membership number, at the point of booking your appointment.

Your appointment will be subject to both our terms and conditions and theirs. There are some limitations over the amount of treatments and the types of treatments that can be offered via these organisations, please confirm any specifics with us & your insurance provider before going ahead with any treatment.

Most policies require you to pay an excess, normally £100, both the insurance company and we will let you know when this is due. Payment of your excess is due within 7 days of you being notified of this. If this is not done, we may cease your treatment until this is settled.
