Neuro Fit Classes Now Available!

Neuro Fit is a group class specifically created for people who have had a stroke or suffering from neurological conditions such as MS and Parkinson’s Disease.

The class is lead by a fully trained rehab practitioner so the exercises are specific to the conditions and abilities of those taking part.

A key component of these small classes is to ensure that the exercise is both enjoyable and fun, and of course helps with exercise and strength.

Cameron is fully trained and accredited to provide these classes to those people who would benefit from this kind of help and input.
