Quiz Time Ts & Cs

Here are the Terms & Conditions to the ‘Quiz Time’ emails.

1. There is no cash value (e.g. this cannot be refunded, used as payment for insurance excess/short falls or missed appointment fees) it can only be used as credit against treatments.
2. This cannot be used against payments that are already due. This is for future appointments and bookings.
3. The credit will be used the first time after winning that an appointment is booked (or pack purchased) that is to be paid for.
4. You can only enter each competition once.
5. The credit cannot be transferred.
6. We reserve the right to remove the credit if there is a valid reason to do so (so please don’t take the …).
7. The winning emails are chosen by Patrick and are based on the time the emails are recieved in The Physiotherapy Centre inbox. Patrick’s descision is final!
8. The names of the winners will not be communicated to anyone else.
9. The details of those taking part will not be passed on to any other organisation.
10. The Physiotherapy Centre reserve the right to cancel this quiz at anytime without prior notice.
11. The credit on the account will remain as long as client has an account at The Physiotherapy Centre.

There may be other terms and conditions added at a later date, dependant on whether people abuse the system – please don’t this is only some fun! 😉
