Why do I have to pay upfront for my appointment?
We require payment upfront to secure the appointment time and date that you want.
I’m sure you are aware that sometimes people will book an appointment, then search for something else, without telling the other company. Well that’s ok if you are after a bargain, however for companies like The Physiotherapy Centre (and other clinics), this costs us a lot of money – we lose out as we still have to pay our costs, but no client is coming in.
It also means that an appointment space is taken up where another client might want to book the appointment.
We understand people can change their mind, or go somewhere else – we are all humans. However, if you do this, we simply ask for 48 hours notice, then you can have a full refund of the fee you have paid.
